Cancellations
You may cancel your monthly subscription by emailing support@attractenroll.com with the subject line "Attract.Enroll Cancellation". We require 30 days’ notice before your billing ends.
If you have paid for the year upfront, there will be no partial refunds for unused months.
Attract.Enroll Requirements
If you’re on the Ad Level: We're super eager to help, but we kinda need you to toss us the ball. Remember, every kid-focused business has its own rhythm, and as an extension of your team, understanding yours is crucial. We can only swing into action when you send us your requests for ads and scheduling.
If you’re on the Branding Level: Each month, we'll drop you a little "hello" email. It's a gentle nudge for any content wishes you might have. If you're swamped, don't sweat it! We'll dive into your website and craft posts that resonate with your brand's vibe.
Please note that we'll send your posts for approval a few days before they're scheduled to go live (if you're on the branding level). We'll follow up with you twice to make sure everything's good to go. If we don't hear back after that, we'll ask you to schedule your own posts. To help with this, we'll provide you with two video tutorials. Thanks for your understanding!

Cancellations & Refunds
When you choose to subscribe to The Ads Launchpad or The Ad Leader on either a quarterly or annual basis, you are committing to the full subscription period. Your subscription is backed by our 30-day money-back guarantee, subject to the following conditions:
30-Day Money-Back Guarantee Requirements:
Attendance at minimum one (1) live training call
Maintenance of the minimum ad campaign budget of $5 per day for at least 20 days
Generation of fewer than 5 leads within your first 30 days
If all these conditions are met and you are unsatisfied with the results, you will be eligible for a full refund of your subscription fee. To claim your refund, you must submit your request to support@attractenroll.com within the initial 30-day period from your subscription start date.
Outside of the 30-day money-back guarantee period, or if the above conditions are not met, we cannot offer refunds, partial or full, for any reason. This policy is in place to support the resources required for the sustained delivery of high-quality services throughout your subscription period.
By signing up for a year of The Ads Launchpad or The Ad Leader, you acknowledge and agree to these terms and conditions, including both the money-back guarantee requirements and the no-refund policy following the initial 30-day period.

Due to the nature of digital products, no refunds or exchanges will be provided once access has been granted or content has been delivered.
